About XLR8+™ NPWT Therapy System:

XLR8+.png

The Genadyne XLR8+™ system supports wound healing by gently pulling wound edges together, removing exudate, reducing swelling, improving blood flow, and encouraging healthy tissue growth. Negative pressure is delivered through Genadyne’s proprietary dressings, including our clinician-designed green foam that improves visibility during dressing changes and reduces foam retention.

XLR8+ applies two levels of mechanical action to the wound:

  1. Tissue-level tension (macro effect):
    1. Helps draw wound edges together.
    2. Ensures full contact with the wound bed.
    3. Removes fluid, debris, and infectious material.
  2. Cell-level stimulation (micro effect):
    1. Reduces edema.
    2. Enhances circulation.
    3. Promotes granulation by encouraging cell movement and growth.
